CEC began cooperation with Institute for Global Environmental Strategies (IGES) in 2008. CEC and IGES signed the MOU on CDM Cooperation in 2009. In 2011, the two decided that they will expand the ways of cooperation and send their key professionals to work in the office of other party in order to deepen the exchanges and cooperation between the two sides.
